BofA sends erroneous statements to disabled man who fought foreclosure and eviction

You might remember Robert Galanida, the quadriplegic man whose custom-built Tigard home got foreclosed by Bank of America. He who faced eviction, even though he had plenty of money to pay his mortgage.

After The Oregonian detailed his plight, the bank halted his eviction and modified his loan.

Galanida got his first month's statement recently.

Then he got another one.

Each statement asked him for a different payment due on Jan. 1.
